Mia presented with acute hind limb paralysis and non-ambulatory paraparesis, with suspected thoracolumbar disc protrusion. Conservative treatment with rest, exercises, gabapentin, and supplements showed poor response. MLS® Laser Therapy was then administered over the T10–L3 spine and bilateral knees, followed by monthly maintenance sessions.
