Successful treatment for neuropathic pain with MLS: a case study

Study Objective:

This case study (using a 66 yo male) aimed to highlight the benefits of MLS for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Weekly treatments with MLS were conducted for a total of 12 weeks along with decompression, and carbamazepine.

Conclusion:

At four weeks, facial and jaw pain had resolved and the pain when chewing had reduced to  40-50%. At eight weeks, the pain when chewing was resolved as well as all facial and jaw pain. This study demonstrates the value of MLS in healing injured nerves.
