Clinical case:

A month and a half before the first visit, Vaucluse suffered a severe tear of carpal retinaculum of its left front limb. At the first visit, 6 weeks after the injury happened, the horse showed lameness (4/5), with oedema and pain at the metacarpal region.

Therapy:
